ACIMA elects 2009-10 office bearers

At its annual general meeting in Adelaide on 3 August 2009, the Australian Cellulose Insulation Manufacturers Association (ACIMA) elected its office bearers for 2009/2010.
They are:

Andrew Arblaster – President

Brett Heady - Vice President

John Nowill – Treasurer
·
Kevin Herbert - Secretary
ACIMA’s fifty-one (51) members are major suppliers of Australia’s most environmentally friendly insulation to the annual $600 million insulation market, and to the Federal Government’s current Home Insulation Program (HIP).
A highlight of this year’s AGM was an address on fire safety in ceilings by Charles Hoare, of the Office of the South Australian Technical Regulator, who is also a member of Standards Australia’s EL/1 Wiring Rules Committee which oversees AS/NZS 3000:2007.
